Departure from Marrakech at 08h00, we will take the highway to the north direction. Upon our arrival, you will visit the Great Mosque Hassan II where you will meet a fascinating example of the Moroccan architecture. It is the largest mosque in the kingdom and the fifth largest mosque in the world. It stands on a promontory looking out on the Atlantic, and has space for 25,000 worshippers. A further 80,000 can be accommodated in the mosque's adjoining grounds for a total of 105,000 worshippers present at any given time at the Hassan II mosque. Its minaret is the tallest one in the world at 210 m. During Fridays, this building opens for the non-Muslims, after visiting the mosque, You will then have lunch in Corniche. Then we go to old Medina. You will have chance to visit Rex Cafe. Then you will be moving through the focal points of the new town in Casa called Ville Novelle. These focal points are Place Des Nations Uniones and Place Mohammed V. In Place Mohammed V, you will see architectures of the French where Moorish design is complementing it beautifully. In Place des Uniones, you can enjoy monumental fountain that plays Music.
The next spot would be Art Deco Hotels. There are the popular famous clock towers, the apartment block of the Eleven Story of Moretti, the high rise art deco buildings and Art deco Hotels.
You will then visit the residential blocks that are famous in this city: Asayag, Bessonneau and Glaoui. You can also go to Avenue de Forces Royal. This is a commercial area that will lead you to the old medina. You will see there the artisans, jewellers and barbers. You will then visit a shrine nearby where the tomb of Sidi Allal el-Kairounuant is contained. Drop you off at your hotel in Marrakech in the evening.
