General Terms And Conditions for Morocco Best Sahara Tours
Reservation:
By booking a trip with Morocco Best Sahara Tours (referred to as “we” or “we”), you will accept these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons, who use our services for the order you do.
Ordering process and payment:
When you agree with the quoted travel program and value, we will pick up a detailed travel program and invoice with the payment details. Your order will be confirmed after receiving the first 30% deposit of your quote. We accept payments through visas, master cards, PayPal and bank transfer). The payment time is as follows:
- Roughly 30%: Initial deposit
- Remaining balance to be paid locally to our staff
Private desert trip, day trip and activities:
- Approved cash payment in euros, US dollar, UK Sterling or Morocco Dirham Credit Cards or PayPal
Changes to your order:
We will make all possible arrangements for your order without extra fees. Remember that it may not be possible to travel within 15 days after the beginning of the trip. If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible and confirm the request in writing. Then we will try to accommodate you so that there is no extra fee, but we cannot guarantee it. If changes to your order are not possible for any reason, you have the opportunity to move forward with the original book schemes, or cancel and pay the canceled fee (if any) below.
Cancelation policy:
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel the travel in writing. The cancellation fee is randomly on the number of days received by the written cancellation notice before starting the journey. If you cancel:

More than 7 days: Full deposit was returned without a fee

More than 2 days: Full deposit was returned without a fee

Unforeseen circumstances:
Due to unexpected situations, we reserve the right to cancel seizures or walking. We will admit that no part of your travel program should be described according to your order and should not be of the correct standard. We will pay appropriate compensation (limited to the maximum amount paid to us for that part of the travel system), unless there were no errors in our share or our seller partners. Please note that we are not considering any responsibility for personal injury, illness, injury, death or loss during the visit.
Travel documentation:
You are responsible for ensuring the occupation of valid important travel documents. Your passport should be valid for 6 months before entering the country.
